New Updates to Our Schedule & Policies will be Effective June 1, 2025

Beginning June 1, 2025, CB will be implementing a new class schedule, as well as new policies regarding sign-ups. The new June-December schedule will be announced later this week. There will be slight tweaks to our Saturday schedule as well.

Class Rates Remain the Same until September 1, 2025:

75-Minute Classes: $15

60-Minute Classes: $12

45-Minute Classes: $10

Booking A Class

Classes will continue to be booked via Calendly.  

At the time of booking, you will need to purchase the class.

Classes will be booked on an individual basis moving forward, and we will no longer offer a monthly option or our class passes.

For those who previously purchased a class card, you must email classes@cadenzaballet.org to inform us that you wish to attend class. All class cards will no longer be valid after June 22, 2025.

Class sign-ups on Calendly will close 3 hours prior to the start of the class, to allow enough time to notify students who travel in case a class is cancelled for low enrollment.

Discontinuation of Trial Classes

Effective June 1, 2025, CB will no longer offer a free trial class for new students.

Class Cancellations

Also beginning June 1, 2025, you will need to provide CB with 12-hours notice of class cancellation if you are unable to make the class, in which case you will have a credit for a class to be used within 2-weeks. Failure to provide CB with 12-hours notice forfeits your 2-week class credit. Absolutely no refunds, for any reason, will be given, unless class is cancelled by CB. Class credits are non-transferrable, non-refundable, non-shareable, and will not be extended for any reason. No shows receive no class credit or refunds.

Additionally, NO refunds will be provided for classes cancelled within 12 hours of class start time.  Same-day class sign-ups are ineligible for refunds or class credits. We apologize for any inconvenience. However, CB must make these changes to ensure we can continue to keep our doors open. We appreciate your patience with us  and your cooperation as we navigate how to continue providing accessible and affordable adult ballet and dance classes to Santa Fe.
