
CADENZA STUDIO POLICIES & CLASS TERMS & AGREEMENTS
12/1/2025 STUDIO POLICY UPDATE
Effective immediately, we are asking our students to arrive no later than 5 minutes before the start of their class. The door to Pomegranate Studios will be closed and locked 5 minutes before the start of the class. If you will be later than that, up to 10 minutes after the class start time, you must text us at 505-946-7953, so we know you are here and can let you in. We will not let students enter the studio who arrive later than 10 minutes after the class start time.
CLASS FEES, SIGN-UPS: AGREEMENTS & TERMS
The following fees, sign-up policies, terms and conditions for refunds, credits and more will apply.

CLASS SIGN-UPS
All students will be required to sign-up for classes on our Arketa Class Portal. Each student will be required to create an account, for which they will be able to see classes that are available for sign-up. You will have your own page where you can see which classes you have signed-up for, class passes purchased, and will be able to manage your information.

There is no registration and students are not enrolled in a full term. All classes are drop-in, with an option to purchase a 4-class pass or an 8-class pass, both valid for 30 days from date of purchase. The class passes are redeemed through logging into your Cadenza Ballet Arketa account.

WAITLIST
All classes are first come, first serve, so please sign-up early to ensure your spot. Cadenza Ballet allows a waitlist for each class. There are 5 spots on the waitlist. Students are automatically added to the class for which they are on the wait-list if a place opens. Wait-list closes 60 minutes prior to the start of the class. Students will be notified by email if they have been added to a class. Students may also call/text us at 505-946-7953

​​CLASS FEES
Beginning with our 2026 Winter session, all classes will be $18.
​
1.) Drop-In (Single Class Rate): $18 per class; valid for date, time and class for which are signing-up
2.) 4 Class Pass: $54; valid for 30 days from the date of purchase; get on class free!
​
3.) 8 Class Pass; $108; valid for 30 days from date of purchase; get 2 classes free!

CLASS PAYMENT TERMS
ALL CLASS PAYMENTS ARE FINAL, and NO REFUNDS are provided, credits are provided only if Cadenza Ballet cancels.
​
Single Class Passes (drop-in) are $18 per class, and are valid only for 14 days after the date of purchase. Class sign-ups close 30 minutes prior to the start of class.
​
4-Class & 8-Class Passes are use or lose. They are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Class passes cannot be shared, transferred, or extended for any reason.

​If a class has not received enough sign-ups 2 hours before class start, the class will be cancelled, and class credits will be issued to your account.
A minimum of 4 students is required for classes to run. Students who have signed-up for a class that must be cancelled will receive a class credit in their Arketa accounts.
​
Students should be realistic about their schedules when choosing the class pass option. Under no circumstances will Cadenza credit, extend, transfer or permit shares of the 4-class or 8-class pass due to vacations, illness, injuries, or other personal reasons.
