Every Body Dance Now!
The joy of dance is ready to reveal itself to you; however you're ready to receive it.
Cadenza Ballet provides a thoughtful, engaging, and holistic approach to dance training benefiting both recreational and serious dance students, where artistry and humanity intertwine. We invite students ages 13 and older to join our community, and experience all that dance has to offer in an environment that welcomes, encourages, and respects you.
We offer daily day and evening classes in classical and contemporary ballet technique, pointe, contemporary, jazz and pom dance. Additionally, we have independent teaching artists bringing their styles to our studio, which include hip-hop, qigong and taiji internal martial arts, and more.

NEW DAY CLASSES
BEGINNING AUGUST 3, 2026!
Cadenza is pleased to announce we will be holding morning and day classes beginning Monday, August 3, 2026. Class offerings include ballet at all levels, pointe at both levels, jazz, and contemporary.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
-
ROOTED
In dance science, our classes honor the ritual of ballet while providing a more progressive approach to teaching technique: one that is focused on injury prevention, mental wellness, and anatomically correct.
-
INTEGRATED
Rather than striving for an idealized image, dancers are guided toward integration: body with mind, intention with action, inner life with outward expression.
-
PERSONALIZED
Technique is focused on supporting the individual student to discover the strength, clarity, and artistry within themselves. Our class size is limited to ensure each individual dancer is watered as a human and a dancer.
-
GUIDED
Each dancer is guided to discover their own expressive voice, shaped by curiosity, imagination, and authenticity.
-
EMBODIED
Artistry is not imposed: it is uncovered. We empower each student to explore the limits of their lines and technique to discover truth in movement, to bring to life a story as unique as the individual dancer.
